How should I wash my Lunara clothing?

To preserve the quality and longevity of our pieces, we recommend hand washing in cold water. You can also machine wash them at 30°C, inside out, with similar colors. Avoid tumble drying and opt for natural air drying instead.

When will I receive my order?

We now ship directly from our own stock.
Orders are carefully prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then delivered in 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.

Once your package has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its arrival with peace of mind.

Each LUNARA piece is wrapped with care and a touch of gentleness—your moment of well-being begins the moment you open the package.

How do returns work?

If your item does not suit you, you have 14 days after receipt to make a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Email us at lunarafit.off@gmail.com to start the process.
