You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is ready to be shipped.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Lunara creations as much as we love designing them.
If, however, something is not quite right:

  • You have 14 days after receipt to request a return

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed

  • Return shipping is at your expense

  • We do not process direct exchanges, but you can reorder another piece after your refund

Your payments are entirely secure via Shopify.
We accept:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)

  • Apple Pay

 

🛍️ Ordering & Tracking

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is validated

  • Once the order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link

  • It is not possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been validated

The materials are carefully selected for their softness, comfort, and durability.
